Ruth Padilla DeBorst longs to see peace and justice embrace in the beautiful and broken world that makes our home. The wife of Santiago and the mother of many, she has been involved in theological education and leadership development for integral missions in her native Latin America for several decades. She serves with Resonate Global Mission, directing the Center for Interdisciplinary Theological Studies (www.ceticontinental.org), the International Fellowship for Mission as Transformation (www.infemit.org), and other missiological training initiatives. Together with her husband, she lives in Costa Rica, as a member of Casa Adobe, an intentional Christian community (www.casaadobe.org). She is a member of the Latin American Theological Fraternity (FTL). Her studies include Linguistics (Argentina), a Master's in Interdisciplinary Studies (Wheaton College), and a Doctorate in Theology (Boston University).
