Dr. Wilmer Estrada Carrasquillo is Assistant Professor of Practical Theology and Director of the Center for Latino Studies (CLS) at Pentecostal Theological Seminary (PTS). He has served as a Youth Leader, Discipleship, and Senior Pastor of the “Good News” Church of God in Puerto Rico. Wilmer has produced countless articles on Pentecostalism, public theology, Latinidad, and contextual theology, and is the author of "Towards a Latino-Hispanic Ecclesiology: A Response to the Challenge of McDonaldization in America." Wilmer currently lives in Cleveland, TN with Laura and her three daughters: Kalani Sofía, Mía Kamila, and Valeria Kamil.
